I have lived in the Las Vegas Valley for over 50 years.  I majored in Communication Studies and received my Bachelor of Arts Degree from UNLV in 1991. 

I began my Real Estate career in 2006.  I am a licensed Realtor® and Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), a designation I earned to bolster my knowledge and strengthen the skills essential in Professionally and Ethically representing Sellers. I am also Certified as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). This Certification has expanded my knowledge of specific strategies and tactics which I have implemented to become a skilled Negotiator for both Buyers & Sellers. I have also received my Certification as a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), which has equipped me with valuable tools and a deeper level of understanding how to properly price a property, as well as guide clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.  In addition, I have been mastering my skills as a Digital Marketing Specialist over the last year, as so much Real Estate is now conducted online.  I strive to be at the forefront of cutting-edge digital marketing strategies to stay relevant and get my clients’ properties seen by the masses.

While I began my Real Estate career in 2006 at Prudential Americana Group, I have been a Realtor® at Simply Vegas since its inception in 2010.  I was recently awarded the Legacy Award for my years of service & dedication to Simply Vegas and the real estate community at large.

I am married to a local Firefighter and have 2 grown daughters and 2 rescue pups.
